Champion C41 Mydoneg Plus Stabillizer Replenisher works well with many systems of C-41 chemistry in a wide variety of minilab applications.

It uses the same biocide as the discontinued Tetenal Algenex Plus and is designed to keep film processing tanks clear of algae. It contains a surfactant to prevent watermarking and streaks on processed negatives.

For a fresh tank, the mix is 5mls/L.
If a tank has a heavy algae presence, drain and wash the tank with a water soap mix first and then use a mix of 10mls household bleach/L and soak for 12-24hours to kill any spores which might be present before flushing the tank out with water and retanking with Champion Mydoneg Stabilizer Rinse.
