The aerosol spray lays like a fine film on the surface of the paper, without changing the paper structure.

Hahnemühle Protective Spray fixes colours of pigment-and dye ink and prevents an eventual colour fading also the intensity and the high brilliance of the printed colours stay permanently.

The protective coating increases the abrasion resistance of Fine Art papers, so the risk of fingerprint marks and scratches are reduced.

Hahnemühle Protective Spray contains a UV absorber and thus offers additional protection against UV light too.

The new and improved formulation is fast drying, and yellowing of the print due to use of the spray is not possible.
