What to expect with our special delivery option:
Phase 1: Site Survey & Pre-Installation
Our in-house specialists will be in touch to discuss the best possible way to deliver and install your large-format printer into your workspace. This consists of making sure all doorways, stairways, and steps are taken into consideration because we understand that every environment is different.
Phase 2: Delivery Day
Our team pre-builds your printer, disposes of any bulky packaging, and places it into a specially adapted van for transport with a tail lift, ready to be wheeled into place.
Phase 3: Technical Setup
This is where our team really thrives. Our team primes the inks, loads up the first roll, and downloads and installs any software your new Epson machine needs. From there, our team can create custom ICC profiles to ensure 100% colour accuracy from day one.
Phase 4: Training & Handover
Installation isn’t complete until the customer knows how to use it. Our Dupli on-site training includes product manufacturer registration, installation of drivers, firmware, and accompanying software, general Q&As, colour management, dos and don’ts, and additional advice for future proofing.
