- The DS620 can do 400 x 4x6 prints before you need to change the media.
Why is the DS620 spitting out 5 sheets of blank paper when I reload the paper?
- This is completely normal. It ensures your paper is aligned properly and the outer layer doesn’t contain fingerprints or dust.
Can I print multiple sizes without changing the paper roll?
- The short answer is yes! If you have 6x8 media loaded, you can print 2x6, 4x6, 6x6 and 6x8 without needing to change the media.
How do I change from Glossy to Matte?
- You don’t need to change the paper! All you need to do is make sure you have the correct settings within your print driver.
What are the plastic spacers for?
- Because the DS620 supports both 5-inch and 6-inch-wide media, they are there to are there to keep the paper centred when using a 5-inch-wide paper roll.
