Due to continuous company growth, we are looking to expand our team and introduce a new Internal Accounts Executive to our team. This is an entry level role, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about the photographic industry to be the newest member of our team.
JOB OVERVIEW
Acting as first line support for existing customer queries, the Internal Account Executive will triage calls to the correct department, whilst identifying and acting on potential sales opportunities. They will gather data required for analysing trends in customer behaviour. They will support the wider sales team in the management, maintenance, and growth of the customer base and contribute to the implementation of the sales team strategy to achieve targets and budgets.
This is an entry level role within our business where full training will be provided. An ideal candidate would be looking for a role to incorporate a love of photography and printing with progression opportunity within a growing business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Collaboration:Â Responsible for contributing to a work environment that drives results and positively energises and challenges team members. Coordinate with other Account Managers to create customized sales plans for key clients.
Data Analysis:Â Gather data in preparation for the wider sales team to interpret and build their strategy based on customer trends.
Build Customer Relationships: Engage with all customers, look for opportunity and triage calls to ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries. Regularly communicate with customers to provide excellent after-sales support to retain business.
Gain Product Knowledge:Â Learn about and have a passion for our product offering, over time gaining the ability to suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction. Communicate product and pricing details clearly and promote new products/services to existing customers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Full UK Driving License
- Strong analytical ability, confident decision maker with problem-solving aptitude
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills with a high degree of professionalism
- Good time-management skills
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft software
- Previous customer service experience and ideally experience with CRM software
- A passion for photography and print would be an advantage
