The Filmage E30C is the first traditional film processor to be manufactured in over two decades. Processing up to 30 rolls per hour, this processor is designed with efficiency and fast workflow at the forefront.

Opened in 2020, Classic Photo Supplies is a Leicestershire based film lab and retail store, with a passion for analogue photography. Owners Brett and Dean have made it their mission to be competitively priced analogue specialists, keeping the film industry alive and well. Earlier this year, Classic Photo Supplies became the first in the UK to receive the brand new E30C Film Processor.
"It’s nice to be the first to have the machine. We are local to Dupli, so it’s been great for both Dupli and us to get one up and running and making sure all things run smoothly. It’s just nice to see that film demand has come to the point that a new machine has been produced."

When we asked more around why Classic Photo Supplies chose to upgrade, Brett said
"with the current developing machines in the market all being over 20 years old, when we heard of the new machine we jumped at the chance to get one. We want to give customers the best possible results and we believe having a new machine will serve that purpose."

With a new machine, all parts are easily available, so this is key to keeping a machine going."

Our team installed the first Filmage E30C at Classic Photo Supplies at the end of January. The machine has been up and running for a few weeks, and now the team have had a good chance to use it, we asked their thoughts on it:

The E30C processes up to 30 rolls per hour, using C-41 chemistry, making it a useful addition to modern film labs with high demand.

The most important thing we wanted to know from Classic Photo Supplies was what's next? The business continues to grow and make investments, and Brett emphasised
"We hope to keep building our film developing service and with having a reliable and consistent machine this should help with our growth. We have recently opened our doors to the public, so we want to build a hub for the local photographic community. The key to our business is to offer film photography at affordable prices and our aim is to keep this up, so we can do our part to keep film alive."
