All joking aside, our HR department is responsible for so much more than looking after personal information. They work closely with the Directors to create a working environment where everyone is valued and given every opportunity to develop both personally and professionally. They also organise our special office days and events, so any excuse to hold a bake-off is grasped with both hands!
